- You can trade with us online via the application, or over the phone with a personal dealer.
- Currency conversions are completely free of charge, as are all EUR payments regardless of their amount. Only small payments in other currencies are subject to a charge.
- After we agree on the amount and exchange rate, you put the funds in the specified bank account and then we immediately send them in the requested currency.

Yes, immediately after the exchange we can send funds back to your account or to your business partner in most places in the world.
No, you don't need to create an account with us. You can use your current account settings, we only deal with exchanges or payments to a third party.
We have a large-scale payment institution licence granted by the Czech National Bank, which also continuously supervises the operation of our company. Our accounts are insured just like they are in banks.
We settle currency conversions within a few hours. Foreign payments are settled within 24 hours. You don't have to worry about the exchange rate changing during the settlement time, it's guaranteed in your order.
